Commitment to Privacy
At Four One Four 213, we strongly believe in the privacy of your data. Your data belongs to you and so we do not sell your personal information to advertisers or other organizations. We will not disclose any of your information unless required by law to do so.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
What personal information do we process?
You may choose to store your transactions on your local device, your iCloud Drive, or Shared Storage (subscription required - see Terms of Use).
Data stored on your local device is accessible only on that physical device and is not accessible by Four One Four 213.
Data stored on your iCloud Drive is only accessible using your personal iCloud account and is not accessible by Four One Four 213.
Data stored using the Shared Storage option is accessible in a secure cloud storage location where you can grant access to others by invitation only.
Shared Storage Data Policy
What we store: Your Checkbook data is securely stored in cloud storage tied to your App User ID that is generated when you Sign in with Apple. The email address of each user is stored for each account that is created. If you opt in to 'Allow Notifications,' your push notification token identifier is also stored for the purpose of sending push notifications to your device for new transactions from other shared users.
Access control: Only devices authenticated with your App User ID or the App User ID of individuals invited by you can access this data.
Data usage: We do not view your Checkbook data except for troubleshooting reported issues at your request. We will never view, analyze, or share your data for any other purpose.
Third-party involvement: Our cloud storage provider only processes data per our agreement and does not access or use your data.
User rights: You can delete your Shared Storage data at any time by using the "Delete Shared Storage User Account" option in the settings of the app. This will permanently erase your stored Checkbook data from our servers.
You may also choose to share transactions via email or export your data, which will send a copy of the app’s data to the email account or other location of your choice.
Our mobile application also provides the option to enable your device's biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) to further protect access to your data.
